Sami Niiranen has 25 years’ international experience in the global mining industry and has since 2004 been working for Atlas Copco/Epiroc.
During his career, Sami has lived and worked in Finland, Sweden, Ghana, Australia and Ireland and held operational positions such as Mining Engineer, Site Manager, Global Business Manager, Marketing Manager and General Manager in Epiroc Customer Centers in West Africa and Finland.
Sami Niiranen started his current position as President for the Underground division in December 2018 and is currently a part of the Epiroc Group Management.
